Jeremiah Chapters 39-43

In this episode, we read Jeremiah chapters 39 through 43, witnessing the fall of Jerusalem, the fulfillment of God’s warnings, and the difficult aftermath faced by the survivors. Even in devastation, God’s mercy is evident as He protects Jeremiah and continues to guide His people. These chapters reveal the tragic consequences of ignoring God’s voice — and the continued hope found in obedience and trust. As fear and uncertainty push the people toward Egypt against God’s counsel, we are reminded how vital it is to listen carefully to the Lord, especially in moments of crisis.
