Jeremy: Free Hugs

Today Jeremy called in to share his story about fear which he talks about goes back to his days in school where he was bullied. The experience that Jeremy had by being bullied cased a ripple of effects that has stuck with him to this day but it is also something that Jeremy has committed himself to working on. I first saw Jeremy in Los Angeles a few years ago standing on a sidewalk with a sign that said Free Hugs. I was immediately interested in who this guy was so i asked him what he was doing and he told me his story about pealing back all the layers of fears like one would peal back an onion. The next time I saw Jeremy a couple years later he was in Venice with a Free Hugs shit and he was offering people hugs (pre Coronavirus) and I had a joyous conversation with him again. Anyone that is putting themselves out into the world and spreading a positive message the way Jeremy was I knew has an amazing heart. That is why when I had an opportunity to speak with him today I was so excited. Jeremy shares so much wisdom and ideas about how we need to be kinder, more loving towards ourselves. He talks about the inner critic and learning to ask the question to ourselves; “what do you need right now?”.
