Jeremy Johnson - The Good Life

from FEARLESS

In this weeks podcast our very own Pastor Jeremy Johnson continues in the series "The Good Life". We're contributing on the message from last week where we dove into the thinking habits that can ruin or keep us from living the good life! Not only can sin be a dead weight to us, dragging us down everywhere we go, but our thinking can do just the same thing! When we're stuck in negative stinking thinking, we might as well be bound to that! Sometimes we can filter everything in our lives through negativity, so no matter what comes to us, good or bad, somehow we find the negative in it! That negativity and those walls come from past hurts and past trauma. The only way to rid ourselves of the negative filters we have on life is through forgiveness. Forgiveness isn't saying that what happened wasn't real, it's choosing to let go of the hurt and choosing not to carry it into other areas of your life! There are so many ways that our thinking can rob us of living the good life. If you struggle with this war on your mind, take heart in knowing that you're not alone! We must choose freedom in our minds every day! We pray that this message gives you the tools to navigate through the moments that these thoughts take over. We're only one thought away from living the good life!
