I thought it was some clever shit I thought michael b Jordan acted his ass off playing that definitely playing two characters I thought there was some cool symbolism in it, but at the end of the day, it's a vampire movie That was when I first saw it now that I look back on it Seven eight months later. We don't know when the fucking came out. Is it do I still have that same opinion? I'm even I even have a lesser opinion of it.

I'm like it was a cool movie It was a good movie. Do I need to go and watch sinners again? Probably not So when I put sinners up against something like we all said recently bias as well Let's also put recently by instance as well the movie with tiana taylor I didn't like that movie But that movie wasn't that movie also wasn't as good as people made it out to be but yeah, but Some of the cinematography in that fucking movie like the camera shit Oh was crazy Like the way they shot like a lot of it like the car scenes and shit and like driving in the desert and all that some of that shit was crazy Little car scene spoiler alert a little car scene at the end or whatever like how that they cut that up now. That was pretty dope Right, so they deserve some flowers for that as well, right?

I don't think either either movie is something that in eight years. I need to go back back But we are where we are. I don't think it was a snub um The movies that beat them out. I think we're pretty decent movies So, I mean if it was like some shit We never heard of like one of those Nazi period pieces that everybody fucking hates but people love like world war two shit and that beat centers Then I would get it but I think it wasn't too bad And they want some awards They want an award and it'll be interesting to see who gets nominated tomorrow.

I mean I They want two awards I finished. Oh, yeah, they want score. They want to score here right in the crowd out there Um, I hope they get something more substantial. Um, I mean the thing is the movies this year weren't that great in general Like I haven't seen Marty Supreme heard Marty Supreme kicks everyone's ass But I have to see it first But I think hamnet is the big winner though and hamnet is supposed to be really good.

I haven't seen hamnet I think I have to see hamnet and it's a shakespeare so shakespeare points Hamnet hamnet is a story about his son. It's a son's name hamnet Um, and I guess he died early, but that's about how he copes with that experience It's like a it's a biopic of of shakespeare like a slice of it that person I was like basically Um, but I didn't need to see that because niggas tried to say that weapons was better than centers like I thought weapons and I was like this is goofy Yeah weapons. No, no People just trying to be proactive with that I don't want to take anything away from it as soon as it was a good movie But at the end of the day it was Any more character development and needed uh, I feel like the Everything leading up into the barn and then for the barn to only be there for like a little amount of time that That night could have been drawn out longer. I feel like it I think it was a long movie, right?

But I feel like it needed to be longer like it. I needed more care I need to know about the day. Maybe I needed to know that relationship with that I needed to know more about the mulatto girl or whatever like I needed more care I need to know more about the old the old nigga in the car like it was to me I feel like I feel like I had really good bones But it just didn't it didn't turn turn that corner now for the tiana taylor movie I liked it. I like I'm not saying I liked it.

I liked it better after tiana taylor was out of the movie, right? What you was going to do was a great movie. Right? And I didn't hate it but she didn't act that well in the movie like it was like If she was I'm gonna say she was herself, but it wasn't like a far reach like She was a distraction to me Sean can't sound can't act in his ass off Good It's like everybody in that movie was in another movie except for tiana taylor She was in a different movie because she was doing the most in that fucking yeah, it didn't make sense to me.

Yeah. She was Yes, yeah, but john pan acts as ass also did uh, I felt like a daughter was a The daughter You know That wasn't in I don't know He was great in that shit too like she did a good job. She was like the Worst actor in it. I mean she was like just eating booty like that was I'm getting boned on.

I mean, that's really all I didn't like I mean she can't really act when I saw that movie They did the rip the Matt Damon and Ben Affleck joint. Oh, don't I haven't seen that yet. I'm excited to see it. No, no, no, no I'm not gonna do no spoilers.

I'm just saying she's gonna say that right from your body No, spoiler, I mean I just didn't see no range between you could have played it was her playing the same role I'm saying Yeah, yeah But I still think it's a prudent prudent comparison because Of their two movies in the same sort of genre that kind of have these underlying tones Is sinners better than from Desto don't know And it stands for me is no and I don't think Desto don't got nominated for shit. It was a brother movie about brothers Which is really the same I mean That's why there's so many parallels the relationship between What's the name?

I'm gonna go back and say sentences about a movie. No, I'm just thinking he was like Letting me saw the movie like That's like Big topic we and you know, I was one of that back Like I mean, I don't even I don't even know what the what was the climax of centers like what was the moment For most people the woman was when the girl went in the back with the with with the young dude like that's I'm saying a lot of people that's the most memorable moment of the movie My point is when when they basically when he sang that song and basically summoned the vampires the vampires pull up in all hell starts to break I watched it a few time. I really like sinners personally. I watched it like several times I mean, that's what I mean.

I mean also I think I think we'll see. I mean Already a pap in so I think I snubbed um I just didn't think one ball after another was that great I think it just had great actors in it and everyone likes Paul Thomas Anderson as a director So all those things kind of collided I think I think they were good enough to get nominated. I'm still like as a comedy because they won best comedy ever musical I think one ball after another. I thought but going it was funny right?

Didn't you see what going in? I didn't watch that shit. That shit. It's all you can find it on I think that's why I didn't know it's not it.

Um, You know, I tell you all this every year. I definitely uh have resolutions read more run more Uh eat better cook more Learn another language. Um, so we're gonna try it. You know, I mean so far so good Um, we'll reevaluate my birthday in march and see how we're doing and if not, you know, we'll start over then without respect With all the respect i'm not as sympathetic for kasana.

Um, whatever he's going through he's going through But I just feel like you know, everything in this era is a journey and everybody's all sympathetic and oh, I'm just I'm just I'm sorry admire him so much of what he's going through and how he's trying to better himself and all these sort of things and I I just I just feel like I come from a different era where it was like This shit would have been hashed out in like the first and second grade, right? like When your name is called in that elementary school class and your teacher asks you to read that page or them paragraphs Everybody knows then and there if reading is your ministry, right? You know if you can read or not and that continues for years like second grade third grade fifth grade like it continues to go And you have to read passages and you know that if about a sixth grade like you just you just you keep stuttering and Him and at home when it's not for you to read your paragraphs in front of the glass and all that just It's not imma go play sports.

Oh, I'm gonna go how to count good or whatever But you know where your strengths and your weaknesses are I feel bad for kai the fact that he went in front of the world And started to open up a book and started to read And I think individually he thought that he was going to perform better than what he did and I think it shows great vulnerability That he did that, you know in front of everybody But I just wish we lived in an era. I I miss the era of shame Like shame motherfuckers early and often right? I feel like if he would have been a part of my era of shame He would never have had to deal with this as an adult As a third grader. He would have known that he was a proficient in the in the written word, right?

He pre he wouldn't have gone through this man And I think it's it happens to a lot of people right because of the way that the school system is set up Um, the way, you know education is set up the way the sports are set up, you know that everybody getting a trophy Pass everybody to the next grade, you know, don't tell anybody when they're shite Don't don't shame anybody Don't talk negatively of anybody because nobody needs that in their life a lot of people don't deal with this shit until they're fucking adults and Unfortunately, you know as we say now now as a 40 something real man if I hit the ground I don't bounce anymore It hurts when I fall right I get hurt when I fall I would much rather fall and learn those lessons when I'm young Right and I wish we still allowed that flexibility for people when they're young I would have much rather Kai go through this in elementary school. I would much rather these young Uh white men young black men that have trouble with women and don't know how to talk to women and don't know how to be accepted Go through this in school like they go through this shame or they go through these strong tribulations They're younger people and they don't go through it as adults whether they're less malleable less flexible And less likely to bounce back And I think because we kind of push everything out when they're out of that realm of guidance out of that realm of supervision And we deal with all of these sort of things that we dealt with as kids as adults That's why we see so many people being depressed there's so much issues with mental health Nobody knows how to be in a relationship. Nobody knows how to be in a fucking friendship Nobody knows just how to square up what I'm other fucking just fight Nobody knows how to talk to a fucking woman. Nobody knows how to fucking deal with your fucking frat brothers anymore Because we're just dealing with this shit later in life.

I feel that we need to go back to the old era The old way it's a little bit more toxic, but I think we're better human beings for it with all due respect With all due respect a couple of things. Thank you This is a culmination as an Indiana fan like we had a rough year like between going to the NBA finals with the Pacers and then Tyree's halliburton Bus and his ACL then Caitlin Clark got fucked up in the WNBA So they didn't really didn't they overachieved really because they have a full team in place in the Colts Like they were gonna do something they were eight and one and then again Daniel Jones buses ACL. So it's like It was only gonna be one option if any uh for any sort of victory or success From the state of Indiana in terms of man base. I was proud of Miami as well.

I mean, I'm a Miami fan group of Miami Anything but I am from Indiana. I have Indiana roots. I'm so I'm happy for the team that victory So that's the first time the second thing Did bring up my birthday And I want to be very sincere like if you're listening and you fuck with me or you don't fuck with me um come through Um, like if you just want to kick it mostly because I think it just like niggas don't really have They don't celebrate the celebrate birthdays anymore. Like I think we all get to the point where we're I don't know if we think we're too cool or it's just You don't feel comfortable with it.

Um, it's it's a vulnerable position to be in to kind of do that sort of thing at a certain age. So um, and I'm aware of that. So um, The invitation not just for hanging out or going to a park. I think it's an opportunity for you to kind of let your hair down and do something very different Uh for yourself.
