Our guest is Dr. Jerry Schwartz, co-founder of Schwartz Family Company. Schwartz Family Company is Australia's largest privately owned hotel group, with a portfolio comprising some fifteen hotels representing more than four thousand individual hotel rooms and with an employee count of some two thousand two hundred people. The business owns and controls blue-chip assets in both metropolitan and regional markets, including the Hilton Surfers Paradise, Sofitel Darling Harbour and the Four Points by Sheraton at Central Park. Outside of the hotel sector, SFC has a diversified portfolio with interests in the aviation, medical and events sectors.
