#153: Jerry Stritzke is the former President & CEO of REI, which is one of the premier American retail and outdoor recreation corporations with over 24 million people.Before Jerry stepped into his role at REI he served on the board of Lulu Lemon as well as President & COO of Coach, COO of Victoria’s Secret, and CEO of Mast Industries.Jerry grew up on a farm we he learned the value of hard work, but his college experiences and decisions lifted his sights on new horizons and eventually landed him an opportunity in law school where he paid his way through. Upon graduation he quickly excelled in the law profession, but found himself at a crossroads when he was offered a position with a consulting firm.
