She has experienced a great deal of body recomposition. She feels great! Her health benefits with IF: Jess is in clinical remission for Rheumatoid Arthritis, she's off all steroids, she has more energy, she sleeps better, her skin is glowing, she has mental clarity, and she is no longer pre-diabetic! Her overall inflammation has also gone down. Her advice to new IFers: "Patience is key. IF is not a quick fix. Don't give up!
