Welcome to The Mom Enterprise, a weekly podcast hosted by Kendra Martinez featuring working Moms who find a way to manage it all.

Episode Guest: Jessica Arstingstall

Jessica Arstingstall grew up in Louisville, Kentucky where she attended the University of Louisville and studied Entrepreneurship and Business Management. Her background is primarily in private and corporate Event Planning. Despite having experienced a lot of personal and professional growth organizing, planning and executing corporate events, she decided to leave her position in 2015 to become licensed in Real Estate. In August 2016, she delivered her son, continued working in Real Estate sporadically and then, in March 2018, decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Life Coach. Currently, Jessica is conducting her 4-week, Fit-to-Feel program for small groups of women who want physical activity to be a sustainable part of their everyday lives, but allow self-doubt, insecurity and fear to get in their way. She is also the founder of the Fit-to-Feel Community on Facebook, where women can go and share their fitness journeys with like-minded women, and be met with love and support.
