Jessica has held leadership roles across learning, development, technology, and operations in both market rate and affordable housing environments. Jessica's purpose includes creating and scaling high-performing, people-first organizations that showcase diversity, embrace failure, and challenge limits through innovative thinking. Jessica is passionate about organizational leadership and fearless failure and frequently speaks for NAA and apartment associations. Jessica is currently earning her degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and serves as the Chair of the Human Services Commission for the City of Covington. Jessica lives in the great Pacific Northwest with her husband and two kids and loves to mountain bike and adventure outdoors.
