Jessica Roman Creator of Yummy Coaching Factory Jessica Roman is a Professional Cake Decorator since 2008. Jessica is a woman who loves fun and adventure. Originally Born in Brooklyn, NY & moved to Florida with her parents as a teenager. Music, art, and creativity are her love languages. As an adult, she spent two decades working in corporate America while building her cake decorating business on the side. She is self-taught and with no formal education in culinary skills. She took a la carte classes over the course of 10 plus years to help advance her skills. This process was not easy, as she struggled with the idea of perfectionism. Every year, her services expanded as her mind and creative abilities grew. In 2019, Jessica acquired a life coaching certification as she desired to serve the world in a therapeutic way. In hindsight, I felt this was God nudging her into a more service-oriented existence. Jessica’s goal in this season is to help inspire people to "Create their greats," by offering personal development courses in the parables of cake decorating. Known as the "Motivational Caker" she is in the process of writing a self-help book and creating an online course in the areas self-love, healing, purpose. Yummy Coaching Factory's mission is to delete hesitancy and to ignite inspired action for those suffering from low self-worth, self-esteem, and self-image.  She meets her clients where they are and coaches them with a fun, but no-nonsense approach. Jessica is super excited to have more of an impact on the world and show others that success doesn't have to be traditional. Life, love, and happiness truly starts with YOU. Her mission is to build confidence in culinary skills for those living in an evolving digital world, serving simplicity to women who naturally have a DIY approach to life.
