From parkour training through to stakeouts Trish is fully committed as she begins to scan the police channels for people to save. All the time the events of the fairground and the shooting of Jessica’s mother weighs on her mind and her relationship with Jessica. Trish tries to reach out to Jessica and make amends but all for nothing. Trish’s hero training ramps up and moves from theory to practice and as a result her private life becomes disconnected. As she is served notice for tackling a petty thief and her choices start to worry her mother Dorothy Walker (Rebecca De Mornay). Her cases also start to become more difficult as she tracks Andrew Brandt, a man who hired thugs to beat up his sister to obtain an inherited statue following the death of their mother. Following her careful preparation her investigation intersects with Jessica Jones and while Brandt flees Jessica and Trish still don’t make-up. Days later Trish gets a call from Malcolm Ducasse (Eka Darville), Jessica is in hospital and has asked for her friend!
