Jesus and Confident Faith

When we say Amen what are we really saying. So be it! That's what most of us would probably understand Amen to be. These last two weeks we have seen that saying amen has much more significance to it. When we say Amen we are coming to agreement with what God has spoken – through God’s word, or through a prayer said in Jesus name, or prophetic declaration that has been made – we are saying yes. But it also requires us to go beyond agreement into an active faith position - to believe, to nurture, to nourish, to build upon, to support what we have just said amen to. In the final of a 3-part series, Andrew looks at how Jesus used the word amen. He shows us how Jesus operated throughout his life in confident faith.
