Jesus last words to the church in the Gospel of Matthew are some of the most well known words in the Bible. Go. Make Disciples. Baptise. Teach. But have you ever wondered why Matthew chose to end his biography of Jesus's life with this? The mission of carrying the Gospel of Jesus to the nations didn't start with us.
