"Jesus and Your Fear" (John 6:14-21)

This year, we're examining the Gospel of John to learn about the words and work of Jesus. Where you do you go when you're afraid? In the final passage from our fall semester, we learn why Jesus alone is worthy of our trust and attention-- especially when we are afraid. John deliberately included this miraculous sign in his gospel to show us the security we have when we place our faith in Christ in times of fear and insecurity. “Anxiety grows best in the soil of unbelief. It is one of the means by which their grace is proved, and by which they find out what there is in themselves.
