But he also sensed that she had a sincere desire to live a better life. Jesus was patient and said, Nauda, the day is coming when you will not worship our Father, either in Jerusalem or on this mountain. Right now, you and your people do not even know who you worship. Your religion is made up of a bunch of pagan gods mixed in with human philosophy. At least the Jews know who they worship. They did away with the confusion and focused their efforts on one God, Yahweh. But the time is coming, it is already here, when people will worship the God, will worship the Father in truth and in spirit. God is spirit and must be worshipped in spirit.
