Jesus' Final Conversation Before Going to the Cross

The disciples think they understand Jesus, but the cross will expose their confusion, fear, and shallow confidence. Their grief will not last. Jesus promises that His resurrection will turn it into lasting joy and begin a new creation. His death and resurrection open an intimate relationship with the Father, where prayer in Jesus’ name reshapes desires around God’s will.
