Jesus Gives You Strength to Overcome Temptation

Today's Promise: Hebrews 2:18 As a Christian, you will be tempted. Every day, the world around you and the invisible kingdom of darkness come against you. Their goal is to move you from obedient dependence on God to independent rebellion toward God. If they can't cause you to sin, they will try to distract you and keep your eyes off the Lord Jesus. When you are faced with temptation, know that Jesus is there with you. Look to Him for victory over each temptation. You will find strength as never before through the power of Christ in you.
