Welcome Friends, in these moments we lay trauma at the foot of the cross of Christ. We allow the Lord to release us from the mental, emotional, and physical effects of trauma through the power of his presence! He is the healer of our minds and can do all things good for us! I read Ephesians 6:10-18 over us, reminding us how to protect our minds after he heals. These words of truth from the scripture equip us in going from this place of safety, on how to guard ourselves mentally and spiritually from the effects of stress and guard us from an way in which the enemy would try to attach us. I encourage you to continue to meditate on this passage over and over, going from this place. Blessings Friends & Thankyou For Coming, -Summer
