Luke 2:43 And when the feast was ended, as they were returning, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. His parents did not know this, Luke 2:44 but supposing that the boy Jesus was in the group. They Continued, on a day’s Journey. But then they began to search for him among their relatives and acquaintances, Luke 2:45 and when they did not find him, they returned to Jerusalem, searching for him. Luke 2:46 After three days they found him in the temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. Friend, as we look forward to episode 5! Do we have a sense of anticipation and expectations as to what we will read? What, Will JESUS, at the age of 12, Say, or Ask, or Do next? What about his parents? What do you anticipate or think may be happening with them now? By way of inference, objectively how do you think they are feeling at this time? Not known where their 12 years old Son, is at this time, after they have continued on a day’s Journey? Perhaps, momentarily, this is a great place, for us to pause and and pray!
