Jesus In Your Weekend - We Remember, We Pray, We Hope

Send us Fan MailSeptember 11 — We Remember. We Pray. We Hope.Twenty-five years ago, on September 11, 2001, our nation experienced a day we will never forget. In this special reflective edition of Jesus in Your Weekend, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the courage of first responders and ordinary people who stepped forward to help, and pray for the families who still carry the loss today.Psalm 46:1 reminds us:“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”Twenty-five years later, that truth has not changed. In a world where life can change in an instant, our ultimate hope is not found in circumstances or our ability to control tomorrow. Our hope is found in Jesus Christ.Because Jesus lives, death does not have the final word. Fear does not have the final word. Tragedy does not have the final word.Jesus does. This weekend, take a moment to remember, pray, and hope. The Jesus Effect — Encounter Him.
