Jesus IS The New Paradigm

So, I walked into today's program preparation like every other day. But something clicked and given the context of where we are in scripture, I just didn't expect it. Earlier today, I did a study on the history leading up to the birth of Jesus. Then, on a completely unrelated part of scripture, that study became relevant. It wasn't the central theme, but it was a key component. But that was only part of it. As I'm reading, I'm watching how divine orchestration plays out. And it is there that I received so much clarity. God's divine orchestration of an event plays out like I'm right there on the temple court. The Jews were suggesting something that was incorrect (that they would not know where the Messiah would come from) and I had the answer to that. I'm shaking my head and saying to those guys on the temple court... don't you know!? I had just studied the events that took Joseph and Mary from Nazareth to Bethlehem. They were flat out wrong and I knew it! Well, that was only the first "ah-ha" moment! (I have to be careful and humble - these folks didn't have the benefit of a Bible tucked under each arm... but still).  Sometimes, you just have a moment where everything you see on the page is making complete sense. And then the Spirit steps it up. TOTALLY unexpected but TOTALLY awesome! We called today's podcast: "Jesus - IS The New Paradigm". How I look at the gospels, and Jesus now is forever changed.
