Jesus Is | Week 3

“What does it mean that Jesus is humble?”When he was here on earth he made many sacrifices. And no matter how many he made he always walked a path of humility…Although he deserved all praise and glory, Jesus set aside the PRIVILEGE of being God’s only son so that he could serve us and continue to focus on his mission. Although Jesus was tempted, he became obedient to his PURPOSE. He lived his life free of sin so that he could show us his humble heart. He made a loving sacrifice so that we could continue our relationship with him. Jesus emptied himself and took a lowly position so that he could become more APPROACHABLE to us. Therefore, in our relationships with each other, how can we act in humility to have the same mindset as Jesus? (Philippians 2:5)No matter the circumstance, he will continue to put us over himself because he loves us.
