People adopt many role models throughout their lives. Whether it’s President Obama, Marshall Mathers, or Tina Fey, we are always looking (consciously or subconsciously) for examples to lead us through this crazy life. Jesus of Nazareth has been the most popular role model in history. In spite of that, the average person would admit, “I really don’t know many details about him.” Unfortunately many Christians – people claiming/trying to follow Jesus – would say the same. This series will teach us about the life and teachings of Jesus (from the Gospel of Mark in the Bible) so that, if we choose, we can imitate his actions and obey his teachings.
