Jesus Teaches Prayer/ October 2020 - Devotional Gratitude for God's Will - Sanctification

We have seen God's will is clearly Salvation, and being Spirit-filled, today we are examining the next cascading revealed will of God, that we are Sanctified. Romans 8:28-30 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first-born among many brethren; and whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. God in wonderful promises is in charge of our salvation from before the world's foundation to our glorification in eternity future. This includes our sanctification, the living out of our salvation while we serve Him on earth. Even so, as Peter tells us… We apply all diligence… Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge; and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness; and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love. 2 Peter 1:5-7 What an array of prayer opportunities, knowing the will of God: Salvation Spirit-filled Sanctification We will look next God's will we Suffer.
