Jesus Wept | Heather Patterson
from Blood, Sweat & Tears with Heather Patterson
Join Heather as she takes a deeper look into John 11:35, "Jesus wept." Inspired by her oldest son's favorite Bible verse, Heather shares why the shortest verse in the Bible delivers immeasurable comfort during life's trials and tribulations. A beautiful verse where tears become a powerful bond of humanity between Jesus and those he died to save. As you listen, ask yourself: How often do I take the time to remember Jesus as a human being? How often do I take into consideration that the One who died to save me has the deepest compassion and empathy for every difficult and heart-breaking situation I face on this earth because He faced these earthly trials too? How often do I make it a point to remember that, "Jesus gets me."? Want more from Heather? Connect with her on Instagram and Facebook @bsandtpodcast.
