Jets Loss Could Trigger the Cade Klubnik Conversation
from Evan & Tiki
Aaron Glenn enters a critical spot with the Jets favored against Cleveland, their first game as favorites in nearly two years. Evan argues the Jets simply have to win if this season is going to mean anything, while the crew examines Glenn’s lack of a signature victory and why another loss could accelerate calls to see what Cade Klubnik can do at quarterback. The criticism of Glenn goes deeper than the record, with repeated game-management issues and his postgame uncertainty raising questions about whether he is improving as a head coach. The debate also turns to Frank Reich’s role and whether he could better support Glenn without a midseason firing. Plus, the Giants lose Braxton Berrios for the season and move Jake Haener onto the 53-man roster.
