Richard welcomes an investigative journalist to discuss Continuity of Government programs. These are the plans the U.S. federal government created to save itself in the event of a nuclear war or some other "national emergency." After a three-year investigation and drawing on official government documents, many obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, Brian Tuohy discovered that an event that isn't a true ‘national emergency’ could easily turn into something worse.
