JFK: Connecting the Dots Part Two-The Conspiracy Show: Continuity of Government and Martial Law

from The Conspiracy Show

Richard welcomes an investigative journalist to discuss Continuity of Government programs. These are the plans the U.S. federal government created to save itself in the event of a nuclear war or some other "national emergency." After a three-year investigation and drawing on official government documents, many obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, Brian Tuohy discovered that an event that isn't a true ‘national emergency’ could easily turn into something worse. Should the wrong president encounter the right circumstances, the slippery slope of regulations and laws the federal government already has in place could alter the very fabric of the United States leading from civil unrest to martial law to a legal coup.
