Max Finberg, director of AmeriCorps VISTA, joined Douglas Elmendorf, Dean of the Kennedy School and the Don K. Price Professor of Public Policy, to discuss the career path that lead to Finberg’s work with AmeriCorps. From his initial experiences working with non-profits, to the sacrifices his career requires of him, to the work he is doing now, Finberg gave the audience a window into what a non-profit leadership career is like.
