It was vacation time and she along with her three year old sister Milli and other kids were playing in an open area. There was a well nearby. While playing, her three year old sister accidentally fell into the water and started drowning. All the children panicked and did not know what to do. Jilly quickly took charge of the situation. She told her friends to go and inform her family and others to come quickly to save her sister. In the meantime, without thinking about her life, she jumped into the well. Do you know how deep the well was? It was 25ft. And she took her drowning sister from the water and held her up in a parallel position for close to 20 minutes till her family and others came to the rescue. Once the villagers came near the well, one jumped into the well to rescue both the children. Thus, due to the extraordinary courage of Jilly, her sister Millie was saved.
