「嫉妒」的認識

「嫉妒」的本質是情欲性的心理現象，當見到他人實現了自己的「自我期許」時，自己相較於他人有所不足，內心即產生「自我的挫敗感」。當期待者與實現者不同時，會使期待者對於實現者產生既欣羨又憤拒、既認同又對立的心緒，這種自相矛盾與錯亂的情欲狀態，就是「嫉妒」。因此，唯有當事者的內心對「自我期許」的情欲，能夠度越及止息，才能真正澆息「嫉妒的火燄」。
