第一次牙齿矫正手术后，医生给了我一包用于日常护理的用品。包括小牙刷、各种牙线等等。除此之外有两个比较特别的东西。一个是特别小的用于清洁牙箍和牙齿缝的小刷子。当日常用的牙刷没法清洁牙箍上的脏东西时，或者够不到牙箍后的牙缝时，就用这个微型小刷子去清理。所以在家里要用water flosser，在学校就得用这个小刷子了。另一个是wax。这是一种类似口香糖的胶体。可以粘在牙箍上，暂时隔离牙箍和腮。实际上戴上牙箍后第二天腮就被磨破了两处，类似口腔溃疡。所以要把wax抹在牙箍上，这样金属就不会碰到腮，不至于磨破了。唉，牙开始又痛又酸......
