1962年，一个叫做“蒋翔”的小男孩出生在博鳌海边的渔村里；1988年，海南建省办特区，新诞生了旅游业，蒋翔到省旅游局工作，一路任职海南知名酒店；2001年，博鳌亚洲论坛永久会址落户在蒋翔的家乡；2008年，一个机缘，他回到家乡，用海底的珊瑚石砌成外墙，用旧船木做成了形状各异的桌椅，建成了“海的故事”主题餐酒吧。面朝大海，春暖花开，我们一起听蒋翔和他的“海的故事”。
