蕉叶纹水晶杯，高4.2厘米、长18.7厘米、宽7.1厘米，水晶质，椭圆形杯，侈口，浅腹，通体光素，器形宛如蕉叶，叶脉疏朗，口沿一侧扁扇形柄，器口镶银鎏金包边。此器用整块莹潔的水晶碾磨而成，光亮澄澈，具有玻璃般的透明度，基本不做过多的细部装饰，恰如其分地呈现了符合宋代注重形神勾勒的简朴玉雕风格。现藏于南京市博物馆。
