对孩子有期待是好事，但是前提是不能给孩子太大的压力，并且要考虑到孩子自己的愿望，结合孩子目前的能力。否则，总拿身边别人家的孩子来比较，就会产生一种很奇特的效果：越是比较，我们内心越是痛苦；我们越是痛苦，越会加倍地指责孩子；越是指责孩子，孩子的毛病越是难以消除。仔细看，其实这是一种“负强化”的作用，孩子的缺点在我们反复的关注和提醒下，慢慢“固化”下来，形成了“顽疾”。
