2011年11月から12月にかけて大阪の堺市で起こった連続強盗◯人事件。逮捕当時50才だった西口宗宏は、母の遺産1億5000万円を相続するもわずか3年で使い果たした。その後自宅を放火し保険金を得ようとして、懲役8年の実刑判決を受けた。服役後金欲しさに67才女性、84才男性を次々と襲い現金を奪いました。西口はその後逮捕され、極刑が言い渡されました。
