Jill Heiman: From Sexual Assault to Sacred Sexuality

from Fiercely Human · host Beth Clayton, Jill Heiman

Jill Heiman is an Empowerment Coach and Speaker with a Bachelors's in Communications and over 14 years of experience in corporate America.  She harnesses her own life experience from adolescence through early adulthood including her chapter as a collegiate athlete, her journey out of depression, and her continued healing after sexual assault.  Jill empowers purpose hungry individuals to create an aligned vision for their soul's journey.  She cultivates a human experience of ultimate freedom with an authentic, divine homecoming of self through overcoming false identity, confused power, and masculine driven decision making.  Offering permission to be curious, Jill encourages conscious communication and honors the value of intentional connection around sex and other key life decisions. Beth Clayton (your host) is a soul-based life coach and TEDx speaker who loves to help open-hearted people break free from their own self-sabotage, outdated thought patterns, and past pain so they can deepen their relationship with their own soul's intuition, speak their truth courageously and fulfill their most authentic desires. She knows that creating in our external world is all about going deeper into our internal world and finding our own liberation. She is the creator of multiple group programs, retreats, and transformational workshops, leading hundreds of truth-seekers toward finding freedom and ease in their relationship with themselves, empowerment in their lives, and the ability to take powerful and consistent action toward their dreams.   In this episode, we dive into: Jill's journey from masculine driven energy and college athlete to leaning into feminine energies and creative entrepreneurship The difference between masculine and feminine energies Why we need the masculine in creation, and why constant flow state would lead to chaos The problem with taking action out of lower-vibrational emotional places The journey from performative sexuality to embodied sexuality Jills journey from sexual assault to sexual healing and sovereignty How trauma stores in the body and prevents us from creating powerfully in our lives Why we all have our own unique medicine to share with the world The power in conversing with our shadow The difference between ego and shadow The healing powers of self-intimacy and self-touch How forgiveness saved Jill's life   Resources/People Mentioned: The Four-Fold Way by Angeles Arrien Anahita Joon Jen Lederer Mary Morrisey   You can find Jill at: https://www.awakejourney.com/ https://www.facebook.com/yourawakejourney https://www.instagram.com/awakejourney/ https://www.linkedin.com/company/awake-journey/   You can find Beth at: @bethclaytoncoach on Instagram www.soulbodylife.com Grab your free e-book, "The Secrets in Your Sabotage" at www.soulbodylife.com/free-stuff Beth's TedX RIGHT HERE.
