Cooper Cost Conversations Mr. Jim Greenwood is the Retired President & Chief Executive Officer of Vision Source®, the largest network of private practice optometrists in North America. Prior to Vision Source, Mr. Greenwood served as CEO for Concentra, a national health care company with more than 1,000 clinicians and 300 locations that delivers a wide range of medical services, including urgent care, occupational medicine, physical therapy, primary care and wellness programs. In addition to his role at Vision Source, Mr. Greenwood serves on the Boards of Directors for Legacy Heart Care, Healthcare Associates of Texas and Concentra. A Baylor University graduate, Mr. Greenwood started his career in healthcare in 1993 when he joined Concentra’s predecessor company as Chief Financial Officer. He is a certified public accountant, serving in the commercial banking industry for seven years after beginning his career in public accounting. He currently serves on the Baylor University Healthcare MBA Program’s Advisory Council.
