Jim Kerr #TBT John Lennon (Late '74)

In celebration of Jim Kerr's induction into the National Radio Hall of Fame we're throwing back as far as we might be able to. This week we have a young Jim talking very briefly with John Lennon in what looks to be late 1974. They discuss Neil Sedaka's song "The Immigrant." The song was inspired by and dedicated to Lennon and later released a single in '75. Jim and John also touch base on Lennon's long running immigration case which threatened to force him out of the U.S. This is goes by quick but Lennon is in great spirits and it's cool to hear Jim already talking with the greats just a few years into his career.
