Jim Littlefield-Dalmares has been using storytelling to help others for over thirty years. As a marketing and fundraising professional, Jim helped change lives by working for his local United Way, as well as a national environmental charity. For over a decade, he advocated for children with special needs as head of marketing and fundraising for the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies in Louisville, Kentucky. He is an avid giver, serving on boards, counseling nonprofits and mentoring through Big Brother/Big Sisters. Today, he hosts a podcast called Seeing Ability. Each month, Jim shines the spotlight on individuals with special needs and their families. He includes a monthly charity spotlight episode that shows those doing good work for people with special needs. Jim is the founder of the Seeing Ability Foundation, Inc., which offers a variety of support to families traveling the path of a special-needs parent.
