Episode 23 features my interview with Jim Miller of Orlando, Florida. Jim has run over 200 marathons in all 50 states and 3 continents. At 70 years young, he is fairly new to ultra-running but is making up for lost time. In just over 2 years he has progressed from 50k to his most recent ultra, The Daytona 100 where he placed 1st in his age group and kicked my butt by more than 30 minutes. He is an even better citizen, giving over 200 hours of community service this year. Enjoy!
