Jim Platten has lived his life leading with service and now St. John’s University is honoring for it

Jim Platten and Sheletta’s friendship goes WAY back. Jim is being inducted into the St. John’s Athletics Hall of Honor this September for his dedication to the student-athletes and sports programs. Jim talks about being of service that he learned from his family and the monks at Saint John’s University and how that value has shaped his life.
