Jimmy Kimmel Show Not Cancelled | Spokane News

Rumors swirl that Jimmy Kimmel Live! might be ending after its 24th season, but ABC is stepping in to shut down the speculation—confirming the show’s future is secure. The chatter comes amid a broader debate: should Jimmy take a break or keep pushing his vital platform? That conversation deepens after a tragic campus shooting in September, which prompted Jimmy to deliver a powerful monologue criticizing political blame-shifting. His bold response drew further attention and controversy, adding weight to the discussion about his role as a cultural voice. With ABC firmly backing the show, this episode reminds us that even the loudest rumors can be misleading—and networks sometimes have to speak up to clear the air.
