For the first-time we have made available the 2-hour Jim's Ethos session that the founder and CEO of the Jim's Group gives during our 3-day generic training. It's an inspiring session and instils the values of the Jim's Group into our new franchisees right from the start.  You can also watch a full-video of this as well on the Jim's Group YouTube channel.
