来源：山海精舍wxgzh二、芍药芍药证，主挛急，行走难，足无力，下肢挛，伸不利，抓药证，疗效提。阵发性，痉挛急，位不定，皆可与，腰肢痛，难步履，腹急痛，大便秘，如栗下，最相宜，消水肿，通利机。腹肌紧，腹皮急，兼余症，皆可与，肉松软、大便稀、无腹痛，不可与。配甘草，缓痛基，伍枳实，胃动力，同黄芩，热利息，若加桂，腹痛急，脉弱悸，中焦虚，加附子，脉沉微，伴身痛，属阳虚。配苓术，利水剂，经不调，伍芎归，全身肿，姜附齐。大剂量，腹痛急，二三两，非主剂。
