Jo Evans is the head softball coach at Texas A&M University. She is entering her 26th year as head coach at A&M. Jo and I talk about her transition from University of Utah to Texas A&M, why she got into coaching, handling conflict in a healthy way, her growth in patience over the course of her 26 years at A&M and much more.
