Det har varit ett bra år för solcellsforskaren Joakim Widén. I april fick han Svensk solenergis pris Årets prestation för sin forskning på hur man kan integrera solel i elsystemet. Han har blivit utsedd till professor på Uppsala universitet. Och på den årliga Solelmässan i slutet av november var han en av huvudtalarna. I samband med Solelmässan passade vi på att besöka Joakim på Ångströmslaboratoriet för att spela in det tjugonde avsnittet av Solcellskollens podcast. Avsnittet kom att handla om hur mycket solceller elnätet "klarar av", om hur solceller samspelar med andra förnybara energitekniker, och utmaningen i att solen inte är speciellt pålitlig så här års  — ja, ett avsnitt om potentialen för svensk solel, helt enkelt.
