Job Not Done

You survived too much to play small. In this episode of Road to Victory, I talk about the painful but necessary death of old versions of yourself—the timid version, the half-committed version, the version that quits when things start getting real. After a conversation that reminded me how precious life really is after receiving a kidney transplant, I realized something: The job is not done. We talk about: • Outworking everyone but still knowing there’s another level• Why certain versions of yourself must die for growth to happen• The danger of playing small after surviving hard seasons• Learning to become bold about your dreams and purpose• Why being prepared isn’t the same as being ready• Understanding how to properly use the gifts and tools you already have This episode is about courage. Because sometimes the next level of your life… Requires the death of the old you. Welcome to the Road to Victory.
