Jobbing Out March 14, 2018 (MCW's "Corporal Punishment," Dan McDevitt talks shop in studio)
from Jobbing Out · host JobbingOut
Warning: we had a GREAT guest stand us up this week. It's a bummer. But life goes on. And we still had a tremendous show. In Segment 1, A.J. was only able to spend a short time with us so we broke down all of the fallout from Fastlane and whether this might actually be the most stacked WrestleMania card...of all time? After A.J. checks out, we were honored to have former ECW star/MCW owner "Corporal Punishment" Dan McDevitt join us in studio. We discussed his decision to return to the ring after a decade away and the latest in the world of MCW. In Segment 2 (39:07), Dan helps us dive into some bigger issues in the world of pro wrestling. Are smarks ruining things? What do the promotions do about it? Also...are we oversaturated with wrestling-particularly at the top? And what does "All In" mean for the rest of the pro wrestling business? In Segment 3 (1:14:32), we pose some issues to Dan about current WWE storylines. Is Shane McMahon acting like too much of a heel to be a face? How could they have possibly gotten to a point where Nia Jax is turning face? How does any of this makes sense? Oh and how should performers be using Twitter?
