from Jobbing Out · host JobbingOut
It was a huge week in the WWE and a huge show for Jobbing Out. In Segment 1, we discuss WWE's bold decision to put the strap on AJ Styles and give us a Styles/Lesnar dream match at Survivor Series. Was it the right decision? Was it the right timing? Why did it happen? What does it mean for Jinder Mahal? We also discussed a tag title switch on RAW, a potential SHIELD/New Day showdown, John Cena joining Team Smackdown and Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn being sent home. In Segment 2 (31:26), the boys are joined by Rory Karpf-the director of the ESPN 30 For 30 documentary "Nature Boy" about WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. How did he toe the line between the positives and negatives about the 16 time world champ? After the interview the boys shared their thoughts on how the film was made. Then they discussed the incredible news of Chris Jericho facing Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom. In Segment 3 (1:04:14), Hall of Famer "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase joins the show for a lengthy conversation. He discusses the documentary "The Price of Fame" that came out this week, his life as a pro wrestling icon, his thoughts on performers walking out due to creative issues and much more. After that, Aaron walks us through some of the other big news in pro wrestling this week, including Stephen Amell's new wrestling gig.
