My good friend Jared Prince, former guest and friend of the show, reached out to me to tell me some really crappy news. He was let go from a job he's been at for 3 years, simply because of his past conviction. His job performance was stellar, he was in line for a promotion. Until the owners decided to sell to a large, national corporation. And then came the HR department, and the rest you can probably imagine.
